The Right Way with Love w/ Jayme McDonagh

March 4th 2017   9am – 11:30am

Jayme McDonagh has a masters degree in clinical social work and graduated from the Bikram training in June of 2000. While owning Bikram Yoga Stoughton/Foxboro for the last 16 years, she attended many Bikram seminars and advanced trainings to deepen her understanding of the series and to improve her teaching. She is both a coach and a judge for USA Yoga and has been actively involved in the New England championships for over 10 years, sharing the ultimate goal of establishing yoga asana as a sport in order to make it a part of the curriculum of every school in the world. “If all kids could do yoga, the world would be a healthier and more peaceful place!”

Jayme used Bikram Yoga to heal chronic injuries to her knees, shoulder and neck, to fix a herniated disc in her back and to fight depression. She has helped hundreds of students benefit by promoting determination and patience to heal the body/mind and to cultivate a strong sense of self and compassion for all.

In this 2.5 hour interactive class, Jayme will highlight proper technique to assist students in fine-tuning their postures, gain depth, and/or practice with appropriate modifications. Jayme uses a therapeutic approach along with humor and tons of love to help students increase awareness and “try the right way”. She reminds us that we are practicing the good habits in class so we can do the even greater task of applying those same tools outside of class; That yoga truly is practice for life!

You may sign up at the front desk or purchase here using your on-line account.  Event cost is $35

**Please note the will be no regular 9:30am or 12pm class this day**
