Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures, challenging to practitioners of all levels, and accessible to all beginners.   Postures are done in a specific sequence to maximize benefits; you will create a balance between strength and flexibility; healing the spine and joints while cleansing the different systems of the body.  Practiced in a heated room, Bikram Yoga allows your body to open relatively quickly, increasing circulation, improving the healing benefit and decreasing the risk of injury.  As you adapt to the environment you will focus less on the conditions of the room and more on your own self, developing body awareness, mindfulness and control of your breath.  Try it for yourself and discover why this method is practiced all over the world.
